Prior to her appointment in 1998 as Customer Service Representative at Uniglobe The Premiere Travel Group, Ljiljana's direct experience included 3 years in Customer Service for a leading North American retailer and 7 years in the high technology import-export business in Sarajevo with responsibilities in contract negotiations and travelling to international trade shows.
Ljiljana holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sarajevo. After two years of court experience in the former Yugoslavia, she immigrated to Canada and took her first position in customer relations in the retail industry. An international traveller with experience in communications, negotiations and problem resolution, Ljiljana is well qualified for customer service in the travel industry.
Ljiljana's skills and role have broadened significantly since joining Uniglobe The Premiere Travel Group. Her responsibilities have grown to include requirements analysis, new account implementation, quality assurance auditing, financial performance reviews and supplier negotiations on behalf of our corporate accounts.
